As the founder of this Mental Health Foundation, I am driven by a vision where mental health is regarded with the same significance as physical well-being. Our journey began with a profound realization that mental health is not merely an individual concern but a societal responsibility. Witnessing the silent struggles and unspoken battles faced by countless individuals, we embarked on a mission to create a safe haven—a space where every person could find solace, support, and understanding.

My Driving Force
In 2020, I married my beautiful wife, Sophie. Soon afterwards, we found out we were expecting our son, Jesse, who was born in April 2021. These two, along with our little fluffy monster Moose, give me all the drive I need to keep doing what I do. I am so fortunate to have found such an amazing partner to share my life and raise a family with.
